Your child starts with chamomile — what it contains, how the compound apigenin works in the brain, and a simple experiment where they make chamomile tea and use their own body as the laboratory. From there, Tier 1 introduces ten medicinal herbs — dandelion, stinging nettle, plantain and more — teaching what each one does, where it grows, how to prepare it, and how to understand their own body's needs using the energetics system.
Tier 2 takes them outside — wildcrafting, plant identification, five different preparation methods, and building their very own personal apothecary.
