Shipping & Returns
Returns Policy
We will refund your money in full and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Because of the personal nature of the products no other return will be accepted.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Disclaimer
These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. If you have a health concern or condition, consult a physician. Always consult a medical doctor before modifying your diet, using any new product, drug, supplement, or doing any new exercises.
Your doctor and/or naturapathic consultant should be your partner in all aspects of healthcare. S/he can diagnose diseases and conditions, and evaluate the effects of the herbs you take in treating them. Before prescribing any medications, your doctor should know what herbs you take to prevent unwanted interactions. It's important to have a doctor you can have a good relationship with. If your doctor doesn't know anything about herbs and is unwilling to learn, or if s/he won't consider them as part of your healthcare, it is your decision whether or not you consider finding another doctor.
Herbs taken for health purposes should be treated with the same care as medicine. You should know what the herb does, any negative side effects, if you take any medications or have any conditions that preclude taking the herb, and how much you should take.
Herbal remedies are no substitute for a healthy diet and lifestyle. If you are serious about good health, you'll want to combine diet, exercise, herbals, a good relationship with your doctor and a generally healthy lifestyle. No one of these will do it alone.
